The Seed Hoop attaches easily to most feeders or hanging brackets and saves up to 90% of seed from spilling to the ground. This saves the lawn or flower bed from accumulating seed husks and sprouting seeds. It keeps the seed away from spoiling on the ground and ground feeding birds away from marauding cats. Less seed on the ground means less chance of pesky rodents like rats. It also acts as a second tray feeder to feed more birds. The Medium Seed Hoop is a generous 24 inches in diameter and perfect for catching lots of seed especially where cats are a significant problem. Six adjustable hanging straps can be attached directly to the feeder or hooked onto the hangar which holds the feeder. Now each Seed Hoop features a raised edge all around the tray to keep seeds and husks from blowing away during windy days.
