For Over 17 years great customer service has been the hallmark of our business. Our salespeople are knowledgeable, and we stand behind everything that we sell. We generally process orders within one business day of receipt. All orders are confirmed with an email, and a tracking number is included where applicable. The Northwest Nature Shop will never share, sell, or rent any personal information with anyone, unless ordered by a court of law.
Security
Online shopping at the Northwest Nature Shop is made safe through the use of secure internet scripting and industry standard data encryption codes. The Northwest Nature Shop web site is authenticated by GoDaddy.com. You can also find a link on the secure pages of our web site that verifies the authenticity and validity of our Secure Socket Layer.
Refunds and Exchanges
The Northwest Nature Shop guarantees everything we sell. If you are dissatisfied with any product we will be happy to refund your purchase price or exchange the item. If there was a mistake on our part with the item, we will pay shipping charges. Otherwise packages must be returned prepaid.
Shipping Options
United Parcel Service
UPS Requires a street address and cannot ship to PO Boxes, Military APO or IPO boxes!!! If UPS does not service your address and you require packages to be delivered by the United States Postal Service, Please call us at 877-482-3241.
UPS Ground: Larger sized orders are shipped via UPS ground which is delivered to residential and commercial addresses within 2-10 days. Since we are located on the west coast customers on the east coast should assume the longer time estimate. 3 Day Select is only a little more expensive and takes 3 business days to be delivered. UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 business days. And UPS Next Day Air takes one business day.
Please take into account holidays and weekends when making shipping choices. For example a Next Day Air package ordered on a Friday before a holiday weekend can only ship out the following Tuesday and will not arrive till Wednesday. If there are delays in shipping we will make every reasonable attempt to contact you and let you know.
Tracking Your Order
We require a valid email address and daytime phone number to communicate with you in the event of a backorder. We will send you an email confirming your order and send a UPS tracking number where appropriate. This number can be used at www.ups.com to track your package.
Sales Tax
Oregon is a state that has no sales tax. So there is no sales tax charged on any of your purchases.
Image Color Accuracy
