Tracking Your Order We require a valid email address and daytime phone number to communicate with you in the event of a backorder. We will send you an email confirming your order and send a UPS tracking number where appropriate. This number can be used at www.ups.com to track your package. Shipping Options United Parcel Service UPS Requires a street address and cannot ship to PO Boxes, Military APO or IPO boxes!!! UPS Ground: Larger sized orders are shipped via UPS ground which is delivered to residential and commercial addresses within 2-10 days. Since we are located on the west coast customers on the east coast should assume the longer time estimate. 3 Day Select is only a little more expensive and takes 3 business days to be delivered. UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 business days. And UPS Next Day Air takes one business day.
Please take into account holidays and weekends when making shipping choices. For example a Next Day Air package ordered on a Friday before a holiday weekend can only ship out the following Tuesday and will not arrive till Wednesday. If there are delays in shipping we will make every reasonable attempt to contact you and let you know. Sales Tax Oregon is a state that has no sales tax.
